Role Overview




  • The Regional Sales Manager – South East is responsible for driving sales growth, distribution efficiency, and market penetration of Givanas Cosmetics’ product portfolio across the South-Eastern region. The role ensures effective execution of sales strategies, strong distributor partnerships, and high-performing sales teams to deliver regional targets and contribute to overall company objectives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead, supervise, and develop the regional sales team to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution objectives.

  • Drive the execution of trade and route-to-market strategies in line with company goals.

  • Monitor distributor performance, ensuring compliance with business agreements and optimizing stock levels.

  • Conduct regular market visits to assess execution standards, gather market intelligence, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Manage regional budgets, sales forecasting, and reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, trade partners, and stakeholders.

  • Provide timely insights and recommendations to management on competitor activities, pricing, and consumer trends.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain to support business growth in the region.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).

  • Minimum of 8–10 years’ progressive sales experience in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a managerial/regional leadership role.

  • Strong track record of achieving sales and distribution targets within the South-Eastern market.

  • Solid understanding of FMCG route-to-market models and distributor management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems.
